A traditional Dutch staple food, a mix of richly mashed spuds, sauerkraut and bacon. This dish is bursting with a rainbow of flavors: the smooth, soft and hearty potato mash mixes with the salty bacon and the slightly sour sauerkraut. And remember: although the Germans invented sauerkraut, the Dutch were the first to use this very tasteful, slightly fermented chopped cabbage in ombination with savory mashed potatoes.

Defrost in microwave for 5 min, stir and microwave another 5 min.
