Beemster extra mature (limited stock) This cheese was made with much love by our cheesemakers 7 months ago. Part of the cheese is even still made by hand. For example, the curd is still stirred by hand. The speed and stirring technique also contribute to the delicious unique taste, smoothness and holes in the cheese. Due to the maturation of 7 months, the cheese has a nice spicy taste. That makes this cheese a good choice for a cheese board.
